Vooking - The model-kitchen for vegetarian cooking!
Developed by designers in cooperation with a chef. The kitchen is aimed at the continually growing market of vegetarians, vegans and flexitarians, as well as at a planned, healthy diet, which sustainably reduces our ecological footprint. Vooking rethinks the kitchen anew and divides it into 7 stand-alone units as well as into active and passive cooking areas. Numerous innovations and 2 patents were created during this development.

Farming-Unit
Self-harvesting fresh herbs and spices or even useful plants, is for many a dream in an urban environment. The farming-unit is equipped with growth-LED lights and a ventilation system. A watering system can also be integrated optionally. Up to 4 climate sectors can be adjusted, for which a gardener has classified the appropriately suitable plants into 4 groups. On opening the door the growth light automatically changes to a white light, which enables the selective harvest of plants and herbs.

Grain-Unit
The grain is stored and ground here. It is not only the endosperm, but the whole grain which is extremely nutritional. The freshness of the flour is also decisive in the preparation of healthy nutrition and in the taste. The different sorts are stored in up to 6-grain bags and can be filled into the grain mill via a funnel using a simple dosing mechanism. The grain mill is designed as a fitted unit, thus fulfilling the demands of modern design; it also has integrated weighing scales to simplify the dosage
